various websites over the years having nothing to do with the subject
at hand.
It was written in 1997 and due to the numerous changes in both State
and Federal law and legal practices since then is not as applicable as
it was. Further, after this was written the State of Ohio legal
system showed a willingness and ablility to ignore state law!
